If you are contacting us regarding an existing order which you have placed, then you need to contact your new provider directly. The relevant contact details can be found in your confirmation email which you will receive when placing your order (check your spam folder). If you are concerned in any way about an order placed via our service i.e. claiming rewards. Then please provide details and we will be happy to assist you. However, please remember that offers are at the discretion of the provider, we have no control over your eligibility, or the terms and conditions of external products and services.

Information from Ofcom regarding 03 numbers:

Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls. These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone. Revenue sharing – where the dialled party can receive a share of what the consumer pays to make a call – is also not allowed on calls to 03 numbers.
