How do I claim my free Nintendo reward?

Virgin state that you will receive an email within 2 days of ordering your services to confirm that you are eligible. You will then receive your free Nintendo 28 days after your services go live. A further email will be sent to advise you when the free reward has been dispatched.

How do I claim my bill credit?

If you opt for the bill credit option, this will be applied to your first bill.

Terms and Conditions – Summary

Nintendo Switch Lite or £200 bill credit: New customers taking the Bigger bundle + Sports, Bigger bundle + Sports & Movies (including Oomph variants) and Ultimate Oomph online during the offer period from between 5th July 2021 and 11.59pm on 7th July 2021: 18-month minimum term contract applies, whilst stocks last. May not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated by Virgin Media. Availability subject to stock and colour of the device may vary. One reward per household. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time. Prices are subject to change. You must provide an email address when you sign-up. If your email address is not provided or is not valid you will not receive the reward. You will not be entitled to your reward if you cancel your services or downgrade to a bundle lower than the Bigger bundle + Sports prior to installation or before the end of your 14-day cooling-off period. No cash or other alternative.

Nintendo Switch Lite: RRP £199 If stated Nintendo Switch Lite is unavailable the Nintendo Switch Family products of equivalent value will be sent.

Virgin Media £200 bill credit: The Virgin Media bill credit will be applied to your first bill. Any remaining balance will be applied to subsequent bills until the credit is used.
