Which Broadband is included with the Big Bundle?

The Big Bundle includes the M250 fibre broadband service. This can be increased to M350 with the Volt option (more details below). Virgin Media run the largest widely available fibre-to-home network in the UK and now offer speeds in excess of 600mb – 1GB (depending on your location and if you live in a Virgin Media network area).

Set-up cost and the kit?

New customers joining with the Big Bundle receive the latest Virgin TV 360 set-top box which is 4K and HDR-ready as standard. You can add up to 2 Mini boxes which are available as an upgrade in the Virgin Media basket area or as part of the Unlimited Volt bundle. The Big Bundle also comes with Virgin’s V3 WIFI router.

There’s a one-off setup cost of £35, this includes installation and activation of your new services.

Virgin Big Bundle – Oomph option

As with any Virgin bundle, you have the option to ‘Volt’ your service. In the case of the Big Bundle you get double the broadband speed (108mb becomes 106mb) and you get an O2 SIM card with 10GB of data. The SIM also comes with unlimited minutes and texts per month plus roaming to 43 countries. This cost just £12 extra per month.

Big Bundle – 30 day contract

Virgin offer a flexi contract with this bundle. Pay a higher monthly subscription of £56 each month and a upfront fee of £45; and get the Big Bundle on a short 30 day rolling contract. This option is ideal if you are living temporarily at your premises or don’t want to be tied into a longer term contract. Remember, it is important to seek the permission of your landlord or property owner if you are renting.
