How do I claim my free Amazon Echo from Virgin Media?

Virgin state that once an order has been placed you will receive an email within 2 days acknowledging that you are eligible for your free reward. Exertis are the third party company that will dispatch your Amazon Echo 28 days after your Virgin Media services have been installed. You will receive an email from Virgin to say that your free gift is on it’s way to you (ensure your email address is correct when your join!). The address for which you placed your order, is the only address where the your reward will be delivered and cannot be changed.
