How do I claim my reward?
Firstly, Virgin states that your free speaker can only be delivered to the premises where your services are to be installed. This cannot be changed. You should receive delivery around 28 days after your Virgin Media services have been installed and activated. You will receive an email directly from Virgin advising you when you will receive your reward. If you experience any issues regarding the delivery of your free smart speaker, then please call Exertis on 01282 858617. Exertis is the 3rd party firm dealing with the delivery of this free gift.
